Festival Camping and terms
You may turn-up for camping on Friday 9th August 2019 from 5pm to 6pm Gates open at 6.00pm Music on at 7pm
Camping turning up on Saturday may enter approx. 10.30am gates open at 11 am music on at 1 pm
Wristbands must be worn at all times. Camping is FREE only to those Adults that have bought a ticket
All tickets are non-refundable and non-replaceable. Defaced or damaged tickets or wristbands can not be accepted. We can not offer refunds on the basis of inclement weather. Lost tickets will not be replaced, so please take care of them!
The Festival reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the Festival team. Admission is only permitted with a valid ticket.
Children 17 and under will not be admitted unless accompanied by an adult, and remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult at all times. Accompanying adults must hold a valid ticket
Dogs are allowed on site but must be kept on a lead at all times be a responsible Dog owner at all times
No glass or alcohol can be brought into the arena.
Our security have the right to do bag checks and will be operating at all entrances at all times.
Food & Drink may not be brought into the arena – unless for specific dietary requirements or for very young children, within reason.
There will be a varied food outlets in the arena.
CAMPING TERMS
No FIRES, BBQ’s a small gas stove will be fine in the camping area only. Just be sensible
NO cars are allowed in the campsite unless been approved by staff for specific reason ( IE camper van )
You must have your camping ticket and details with you at all times.
No bicycles, moving of cars or vehicles once parked ( unless leaving from the car-park ), scooters, knives, fireworks, smoke canisters, air-horns, cans, poles or other items that could cause harm to other festival goers, staff or traders.
Zero tolerance policy
No drugs to be brought on site. Anyone found in the possession of drugs will be asked to leave the site and / or the police will be called.
The Festival reserves the right to add, or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised programme and timings without being liable to pay any compensation whatsoever.
Photographic, video or audio reproduction of artists is prohibited, without express permission of the Festival and bands.
Ticket holders consent to inclusion in photographic, visual and audio promotion of the Festival.
Vehicles and their contents parked at the owner’s risk. The Festival does not accept any responsibility for losses or thefts of any kind of property anywhere on the site including, without limitation, from vehicles.
A licensed bar is available. Bar staff will only serve alcohol to those aged 18+. We operate a challenge 25 policy.
Please respect our neighbours when you are exiting the Festival site.
